1. Add new counter

Queue is an item that identifies one single queue across different screens and dashboards. To manage your queues follow these steps:

• Go Tools -> Settings -> Queue system.
• In the queue list you can add, edit and remove the queues.
• Select "Add" button to create new counter.
• Insert name and if needed location.

• Also select Workflow
  • Workflow means the way salesperson manages the client in backend.
  • At the moment there is two options: Default (3 tabs) or Nissan (6 tabs)

2. Configure screen visuals

Each screen that visitors interact with is a web page with it's own URL. Queue System can have as many of screen as it is necessary. For example, if the sales floor has multiple entrances it is possible to have separate ticket counters for entrances. Likewise if sales floor has multiple zones it is possible to have one central queue screen and individual screens in the areas where only subset of the queues are shown.

This all makes the Queue System very flexible. However it requires also bit effort to set it up properly.

Add new widget

A counter is represented as a widget on the screen. As such it can easily be added, reordered, configured and removed.

Go to Tools -> Queue system and select "Ticket screen"

Select "Add widget" 

From widget modal choose "Counter".

After counter widget is added into content area click on it to configure.

In configuration modal, choose proper queue for the widget from Counter select box.

If your theme contains any specific configuration parameters, you can add them below. For example, default call screen has optional parameter direction which can be set either left or right to provide the screen template hint which direction the queue item should point on the screen. You should consult documentation or designer of your templates to find out if there are any specific configurations that you can use.

Once done click Save and close.

3. Preview, reorder, template change and publish

Click Preview to see the preview of current screen.

Drag the widget from the drag handle to reorder them.

Click on template name to change the template

Once you are finished, click Publish now to make the screen available.
