How it works:

In Tools -> Settings -> integrations -> E-signature provider the user can add/choose sources:

 

Several sources can be added, but the first one with the “Active” status will be used:

If the user uses Source #1 for the signatures and decides to switch to Source #2, the signatures signed with Source #1 will continue using that source.

 

Offer -> Sales agreement -> Agreement -> Share -> Send for E-signing:

 

The user has the options to add one and more signers:

Status of the signature is available:

An email for signing is sent to the signer:

Click on the link in the email:

 

Choose a signing option. In this case we’ll use “SMART-ID”:

 

The document is signed:

 

Run the sync digital signatures job from the scheduler so the signature status gets updated.

Then it gets updated:
