Lead is a record in Salestool which contains details on a potential customer. The tool helps you to manage your potential sales.

Leads can come from multiple sources: web responces (service bookings, test drives, offers), business meetings, trade shows, cold calls etc.

"Incoming Leads" section is inbox for coming leads.

All Leads that do not have any salesman ("Owner") assigned to them are displayed in the "Leads".

You can use type here to filter.. field to search out specific customer. You can use name, phone number, ID etc

If the Lead is assigned to some salesman ("Owner"), it will appear in this person "Mine only" section accessed under "Customers" tab.

Please note: - customer has a Lead.

- customer has pending offer

- customer has an accepted offer

- customer has a chat history

- company

- custom info about customer

Checking for details, activity and history:

You will end up with the screen consisting of two panels:

Profile information panel (on the left). Profile panel shows: "Owner" of the Lead, contact info, pending offers (if any) etc.
History panel (on the right). History panel shows: who is the creator of the profile, Leads details (if any), current activities and pending offers.

When clicking on the Lead/activity, additional information opens.
