Pending offers list is accessible from the dashboard.

“Pending” means offer has been created, but there has been no feedback on it from the customer (accepted or rejected). In the dashboard view you can see customer name, offer number, vehicle model, and offer expiration time.

Go to Cars tab to see which cars have assigned offers and what is the status of the offer (Pending/Sold).

Go to Customers tab to see how offers are assigned to specific clients.
