Create a new offer from pricelist
Pricelist vehicles are found under Cars - To be ordered.
Click on a car you want to create offer for. You can:
- Search vehicle by keyword (4X4, Van, 1.6, etc.).
- Filter by model.
Offer detail view will open.
Click “Select client” button. A pop in window will appear.
Choose customer by scrolling down the list or by typing in customer name in search field.
TIP: Use “New customer” button if your customer is not in the system yet.
Adjust vehicle price and/or add accessories if needed.
Your offer is now created to the system. It is assigned a unique number and pending status on creation.
Preview new offer by clicking "Preview" button and also choose your next action by clicking on offer number/status button.
TIP: When offer is created you will see “Offer pending” mark next to it in cars view.
TIP: Created offer can also be accessed under Customers tab.
