Insurance on offer

Insurance integration workflow

 

Step 1 - create a vehicle offer

In order to create a vehicle offer, a Customer must be selected.

Step 2 - Select the insurance products

‘Insurance’ section will have the list of available insurance products. Note that ‘Insurance’ tab will be visible only after Offer is created.

Step 3 - Create insurance offer(s)

Before creating an insurance offer, a window with detailed information will be shown.

In this step you define the insurance details and also check if mandatory vehicle data are in place.

Step 4 - Select insurance package/period

Salesfront makes an enquiry to the insurance provider which returns the prices per each selected product, where selectable periods are returned, as well as the insurance printout.

If there are different packages available, those will be also selectable.

Step 5 - Insurance offer

Calculated status shows that the insurance offer is created and can be sent to the customer.

Step 6 - Send offers to customer

It is possible to send vehicle and insurance offers to a customer via email directly from Salesfront.

All documents (vehicle offer, insurance offers) will be included in the email as separate PDF attachments.

You can choose if some of the document shall be excluded.

 

 

Step 7 - Issue a policy

Before any policy can be issued, a vehicle offer must be marked as “Accepted”.

It could be so that insurances need to be recalculated because prices might have changed during the vehicle arrival or buyer decision period.
