Add dealership/location
Please note: When you create a new dealership it does not automatically become available to users. Users need to have access granted to the new location. Read about it here: Edit user account settings
1. Go to "Tools" - "Locations & Contacts".
2. Click "Create new" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
3. Use "General" tab to specify dealership information
By default new location will copy contacts and legal info from the Headquarters. If your new location should have different information please remove checkbox from "Same as HQ"
4. Use "Roles" tab to assign Sales manager, Stock controller, Used cars sales manager, etc. for your location
You can skip this step if you do not have location specific persons for this roles
5. Opening hours tab will have preset information based on your headquarter's settings. You can adjust them by doubleckicking on the needed item.
6. Save the changes by clicking "Save all changes" in the lower right corner
7. If you need to remove a location use a "Remove" button in the lower left corner of the screen.
