Setting Up a Location

Setting Up a Location

To display contact information on your website's contact page, you need to create a location first. You can create as many locations as needed. If your location has sub-departments with slightly different information (e.g. working hours), you can do not need to create a separate location for each division. Use a separate location for each physically (geographically) separate place.

Step 5: Opening Hours

Opening Hours tab is a place in the system where you can specify opening hours for your location or for each one of it's divisions (e.g., Sales department, Services and Care, Spare parts and Accessories, etc.). Each division can have it's own opening hours/information block.

Please note that you have to set up opening hours information for each language included in your website separately. Switch language by clicking on the language selector in the top right corner of admin panel page, browse to Locations section.

  • Active: tick this checkbox to display information from this block on the right from contact details in the Contacts section of your website.

  • Title: insert title. It will be displayed as heading above working hours as a heading.

  • Opening hours: use green "Add New" button to add a new line. Under "Days" set weekdays (e.g. "Mon - Fri"; or "Monday"; or "Weekends and holidays"; or "Lunch break", etc.) under "Hours" set working hours (e.g. "24/7"; "08:00 - 18:00"; etc.). Use red "Delete" button next to the row to delete it.

  • Note: in this field you can set any additional information/notice per each department (e.g., additional contact phone, or responsible person, “Closed at sundays and public holidays” etc.). Text from this field will be displayed below working hours listed in the Contacts section of the website.

Following two fields allows you to link working hours of the specific department within your locations to it's own page. This might be a page with detailed information or separate contact/request form. Forms setup is explained here.

  • Contact button title: set a title for a button to be displayed below working hours information (e.g. "Learn more"; "Send us a note"; "Book a meeting"; etc.)

  • Contact button url: set a link where clicking on this button should lead to. An easy way to do it is to open a page you want this button to direct to, copy it's address and insert in the "Contact button url" field.

Please note that for each language on your website, buttons have to be set separately and should lead to different pages with correct language.

  • Use grey "Delete" button to remove opening hours block

  • To add a new opening hours block for a separate department, click grey "Add" button at the bottom of the page.

  • Click green "Save & return" button to save changes and make them live immediately.
