Changes/ updates:

  1. Download excel file (1.1.) or make changes in UI (1.2.)

1.2. Make changes in UI, new version will be created. This is in not published and you can still make changes in this version

System validates the data.

To continue please klick on CONFIRM and CONTINUE

When no error messages you can close the tab

A green tick indicates that the version has been published

 

New model

  1. The best would be to use already created pricelist Excel file and make changes there

API import

Import data from Salesfront to PDM

  1. Log in to https://kia-baltic.moderaimporter.com/admin/

  2. MODULES

  3. Importer → List → Add new

  4. Make choices from dropdown in the following order:

  • API Country: EE/LV/LT

  • API Language: Estonian/English/Latvian/Lithuanian/Russian

Choose language depending on chosen API Country!

When to make import without pricelist and tech data, then chosen language + EN will be updated.

  • API name: Salesfront

  • API Model Id: list of models which are active in specification API in Salesfront

  • Create price specification: will create a new specifications line in PDM

  • Overwrite price specification: new specification line will not be created and selected specification will be overwritten

  • Create tech data specification: will create a new technical data line in PDM. Import not needed, when only prices or equipment are changed.

  • Overwrite existing images: will overwrite or add missing images in PDM Exteriors, Interiors, Body & Exteriors images tabs and for Accessories. When there are new colors/interiors available, then new specification import should be done at least for one API country before making “Overwrite existing images” import.

Do not overwrite thumbnail images, they are added to the PDM and if pricelist will come from Salesfront, then overwriting will add same full vehicle image as is in Salesfront https://modera.atlassian.net/browse/PDM-805

  • Vehicle properties model image will not be overwritten in PDM

  • First new model import it not needed to overwrite images. They will be added automatically

 

  • Overwrite 360 images: Wheels & Exterior images

Do not use - 360 images are added in PDM!

  • Create new model: tick only if there is totally new model created in Salesfront

  • Assign to model (id): not needed, was used only because there were already existing models in PDM.

5. Click *button_run_import*
