Additional statuses in Deal overview

Improvements were done to show more adequate information at a glance in Deal overview. Under Vehicle order user will see latest status that is more accurate to represent the status of vehicle.

Various bug fixes and improvements

• Invoice types now in local language

• Added source field in used car configurator

• Added Customer info to Sales section in Invoicing module

• Added extra permission to let Salesman to change price on warehouse card

• Test drive group filter to remember last choice
