Update 1.11.10

This update is not a big one but it brings important desired functionalities. We definitely recommend to familiarize.

 

Customer groups

Customer groups is a new selection on the customer and company edit window. It enables selecting a group for a private customer and a company customer

Setting it up

There is no default setting for this functionality. When it is not set up “Customer group” dropdowns are hidden from the customer window. To set up customer groups navigate to ToolsSettingsCustomer profile

Click “Add new group” to add a new item.

There is a selection of 3 group types - Customer, Company, Customer and Company. The last one will be available to be selected for both the private customer and the business customer.

Mandatory company fields

With the private customer profile, it is possible to define mandatory fields for a while now. We have added the possibility to do the same for the company profile. Settings are located in the same place, ToolsSettingsCustomer profile but you just have to select the company tab.

Same as with the customer profile, you can show/hide different fields and also select “Yes” or “No” from the required column. Its possible to configure E-mail OR Phone number by selecting “Group 1” from the required column for both. That means at least one item from the group is mandatory.

 

Test drive reports with bookings and internal bookings

The test drives report received a new column and a new filter both named “Type”.

Previously the Test drive report showed only registered drives but no information about bookings or internal bookings. Now we:

  • Show Internal bookings and Bookings in the test drive report

  • The column “Type” will help to understand which type of test drive it is

  • The filter “Type” will allow you to multiselect or only look at one type at a time
