SMS function in customer profile

Now it is possible to send SMS to customer via customer profile making it quick and easy*. All phone numbers attached to the profile can be accessed from dropdown menu. In case profile does not have any phone number, it can be easily added in the same window.

*SMS module needs to be enabled to gain access to this feature.

Possibility to add attachments to the offer

With this version attachments can be added to offer. These attachments can be also included when offer is sent to customer via email. Files can be uploaded with Upload button or by dragging files to the offer window.

Possibility to add files to the customer profile

Similar to offer attachments, files can be uploaded to customer profile. Uploaded files are easily retrieved by opening files from profile activities menu.

Estonian business registry integration

When creating business profile and typing business name/registration number, you will be provided with list of companies that match with the information in Estonian business registry. By selecting company from the list profile will be automatically filled with company details.
