Companies and “General contact”
Each company profile will now have a “general contact” as a contact person at all times.
The general contact can be used when:
The intended offer does not go to any person specifically
A contact person is not needed
Please take note that when you are editing the general contact the edit screen will look a bit different. The usual contact page will have some fields greyed out and the contact information duplicated from the company profile. The Manage button will be available and you can edit the company details which will also be reflected on the general contacts page.
Pricing and discounts view after an accepted offer
Discount information can now be viewed after the offer has been accepted. This means that when you have an accepted offer price number will remain as an active button. You are then able to open the discount view and also the Calculator in a read-only format.
Improved documents flow
The documents flow now supports editing Registration doc and Handover doc after the agreement is in “Done” status. This means that from the Drivers menu you can still add and remove drivers and from the Finance menu you can change Owner on docs.
For the Handover doc you can access settings to change the different fields on the document.
Dealership and Cars access permission
We have introduced a new functionality to the Manage user accounts permission. This permission now also controls if a user can change the Car makes and the Dealership access settings from his user settings.
If a user does not have the Manage user accounts permission then these will be read-only. This allows to set up user accounts in such a way that after the initial setup is done for the user its not possible to change these settings by the user.
