SMS notifications
New feature allows to send SMS reminders to customers. We will gradually expand this possibility to different areas in Salesfront however as of today you can use it already in Test-drive form using dedicated checkbox. PS. Feature needs to be set up in Salesfront before use. Please contact Modera Support for assistance.
Duplicate alert when creating new customer
Feature displays friendly alert in New Customer form whenever potential duplicate customer profiles are found. This feature is meant to avoid the duplicate profiles as opposed to detecting and resolving the duplicates later.
Follow up to parent event calendar
Small system enhancement allows to configure follow-up tasks to be added into the calendar of parent task to avoid confusing situations when task was completed by a system or bot.
Customer profile accessible from calendar
In task / reminder form the customer name is now always clickable. This makes it easy to drill down to customer profile and navigate around.
Registration plate in Cars list
Car registration plate now is shown in stock list after the order number.
Author name visible in trade-in list
Previously the trade in list always showed customer owner. Now there are both - customer owner and trade-in creator shown.
Various bugfixes
Fixed issue where "done by" column was always empty in trade-in report
