Automatically completing follow-ups
We have different configurable follow-ups in the system such as Offer follow-up, Offer follow-up after PDF generation and technically even the handover event is a follow-up.
Now the follow-ups that are generated after offer are connected to that specific offer. This means if you do not complete the Offer follow-up event but the offer is rejected or accepted, the follow-up event will automatically be completed too.
Contacted sorting order
We revised the sorting order for Contacted and Offers tabs on the dashboard.
Contacted:
Leads with no follow-ups will be displayed at the very top, because each lead is expected to have some sort of a follow-up.
Leads with overdue events will be next with the oldest on top. These should be always handled so there aren’t any overdue events left.
Lastly we have upcoming events with the nearest event on top. Similarly to how the calendar is doing it right now.
Region in the customer profile
Customer profile now has a “Region” selection possibility which for most countries is a county. The usage is for countries where customer ownership is also regionally divided between different dealerships.
