Automatically completing follow-ups

We have different configurable follow-ups in the system such as Offer follow-up, Offer follow-up after PDF generation and technically even the handover event is a follow-up.

Now the follow-ups that are generated after offer are connected to that specific offer. This means if you do not complete the Offer follow-up event but the offer is rejected or accepted, the follow-up event will automatically be completed too.

Contacted sorting order

We revised the sorting order for Contacted and Offers tabs on the dashboard.

Contacted:

  • Leads with no follow-ups will be displayed at the very top, because each lead is expected to have some sort of a follow-up.

  • Leads with overdue events will be next with the oldest on top. These should be always handled so there aren’t any overdue events left.

  • Lastly we have upcoming events with the nearest event on top. Similarly to how the calendar is doing it right now.

Region in the customer profile

Customer profile now has a “Region” selection possibility which for most countries is a county. The usage is for countries where customer ownership is also regionally divided between different dealerships.
