Chat display when offline

By default Chat is only displayed when someone is logged in to Salesfront and his/her status is set to "Online". Enable contact form to receive customer messages even when offline.

Login to Salesfront and go to "Tools" section and choose "Settings".

Under "Settings" choose "Chat".

Set "Show contact form" to "true".

Contact form is now displayed in bottom right corner even when no one is offline.

When customer fills in the form "Send" button is activated.

To read customer messages go to "Chat" tab in Salesfront.

Select "Incoming" section.
