Test drive process overview
This is a brief overview of a test drive process facilitated in Salesfront. Please read more on setting up your Test Drive application, using the Scheduler, or Booking a session.
Test drive management process starts out with selecting vehicle, date, and time for the new test drive session to book.
Once date, starting and end time is selected assign new session to a customer.
On the next step data is checked, Test Drive Agreement generated, and signed by the customer (you can always go back to update data)
Customer checks out the car, takes it for test drive, and returns it on the terms agreed in the Test Drive Agreement
Customer leaves feedback and rates his/her experience
You can follow up suggesting an offer or another test drive session!
