Managing the Site Footer in Webfront Modera

 

Managing Footer Links Groups:

  1. Find and click 'Footer links' module on the left vertical black bar of Admin panel and click 'Manage groups' button in top right corner.

  1. Click on the green 'ADD NEW GROUP' button in the upper right corner of the screen.

  1. Fill in the group title, specify its priority level, and activate the group. Click on ‘Save' or on 'Save and return' button. The group name can be hidden from the website footer by activating the 'Hide title’ button.

Managing Footer Links:

  1. Click 'Manage links' button in the top right corner.

  1. Select the group title from the drop-down menu, fill in the link title and select link type. Set or copy "Link" to the page where clicking on a footer link should lead. Specify its priority level and activate the link. Click on ‘Save' or on 'Save and return' button.

Group:

select a previously created group to determine the group in which the link will be displayed.

Title:

title for the footer link. It can be used to display links in the footer.

Link type:

type of link used:

  • Link - a regular hyperlink that points to another location.

  • Button - a link in the form of a button.

  • Email - a link in the form of a clickable email address.

  • Phone - a link in the form of a clickable phone number.

  • Text - an item for text information

Link:

select or input the link address.

Icon:

an item for optionally adding an icon or image.

Target:

defines how the link will be opened: open in the current window/open in new window.

Class name:

this is a custom field required for specific styling links. Specific details will be provided for each design.

Priority:

a numerical value (e.g., 5, 10, 15, etc.). Links with higher values will be displayed after links with lower values.

Active:

a toggle to enable or disable link visibility on the webpage.
