Add Campaign

Webfront enables you to add campaigns on your website. Campaigns are placed on the page based on it's layout and can be associated with the Offer module.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns Section

  • Go to the Campaigns section.

  • Click the green "Add New Campaign" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Configure Campaign Properties

  • Campaign Name: provide a title for the campaign, which will be visible in both the campaign list and detailed views. (mandatory)

  • Start Date: indicates when the campaign will be published on the web. You can set it for the current day or for any date in the future to be published on that day automatically. You can be sure it will not go live before that date.

  • End Date: indicates when a campaign is automatically taken down from the webpage. It will still be available in the website admin. This time interval will also be displayed on the webpage above the campaign title text.

  • Priority: select this checkbox to determine the campaign’s display order on the website.

  • Image: upload an image to be displayed on the campaign list and detail pages.

  • Offers: list the offers associated with the campaign.

  • Active: ensure this checkbox is selected for the campaign to be published. Note: Even if the campaign has a future start date, it must be marked as active for it to go live as scheduled.

Step 3: Add Content to the Campaign

  • Campaign Body: Include text, tables, images, links, and any other necessary elements to create a compelling campaign. Use the text editor to format the content for better readability and visual appeal. It is recommended to use the sidebar widget for content filling.

  • Keywords and Description: Enter relevant keywords and a concise description to enhance search engine optimization (SEO). The description will also be displayed on the campaign list page.

Step 4. Assign PDF Documents (Optional)

  • Attach one or more PDF files to the campaign by clicking on "Add New PDF File".

  • Use the "Up," "Down," and "Delete" buttons to sort or remove attached files.

Step 5. Save and Publish

Once all fields are completed, click "Save" or "Save and return". The campaign will be published on the specified date and appear on the website accordingly.
