Editing User
Your website users are people who have access to edit your website content. Modera Webfront enables you to define the level of access you grant to different people.

Possible reasons for editing user
- Change user permissions/access level - choose a different user group in the drop-down list of "Group" field (Every group has its own managing rights. Read more about how to manage groups here.)
- Reset user password - enter new password in Password field and Password (again) field for confirmation. Be sure to notify the user of his/her new password.
Please note that if you have changed a password for a user who is still logged in the system, then a user can use it after its old session is finished. Until then, a user can keep working without logging out.
- Update user email or password - edit appropriate fields in user settings. Input new email or new phone number for a selected user and save the changes.
- Limit user's access to the system by a certain location/computer - edit IP in "Allowed IPs" field; you can add several IPs comma separated. A user will be allowed to access your website admin panel from specified IPs only.
- Deactivate user without deleting - uncheck "Active" checkbox. In this case a user data will stay in the system but a user will not be able to login and use Admin panel.
Remember to click “Save & Return” green button to save and update all changes.
